Webster’s New Universal Dictionary defines an advocate as a counselor, one who defends and vindicates or espouses a cause by argument. This is what Jesus Christ does for those who believe in him. Christ came on Earth to rescue sinners from a world of sin, by accepting to go to Calvary Cross. 1 Peter 3:18
